Cabin Fever

Just when we could see the grass again...

Once again, Milwaukee is white with snow and I’m (finally) getting tired of it.  My winter-tolerance is generally much higher than most people’s, but even I am ready for spring by late February.

I’m ready to do just about every spring-related thing I can think of.  I want to pot some veggies and herbs, bust out our grill, finally join the CSA we’ve been thinking about, and go for a run in the rain.  More than anything, though, I can’t wait for a good spring cleaning/purging session.  I’ve been milling around the house all day, sorting and organizing here and there, but I don’t think I can do the job justice until I feel confident that the snow will stop flying.  Frustrating.

I’ll pacify the ambition for now with a quick change of the sheets and some small organizational project.  But March?  I’m so ready for you.
