Eric made some really delicious spinach dip for our Super Bowl watching pleasure last night, and I was charged with making something to eat it with. We hadn’t made bread yet for the week, so in the interest of lasting New Years resolutions, I wanted to bake a quick and easy bread. Solution? Beer Bread:
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 12 oz. beer
- Mix together and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
That’s it. Seriously. And it was awesome.
